Tips On How To Lose Post-Baby Weight Fast 1200 Calories Diet Menu Plans
Jul 29

I have recently watched a youtube video made by Vince Delmonte. He’s a guy who’s promoting a six pack abs program. He’s got the real deal, with all the six pack abs and he’s been competing with different fitness model competitions.

However, I don’t think he knows much about when he talked about Fat Loss 4 Idiots.

Watch the video. Take particular attention at around 0:57 seconds where he says that almost 90% of fat loss books have been rehashed and was slapped with a fancy name.

I have seen his 84-day meal plan and it does look really familiar to me too.

He’s abs program is just about to be launched while Fat Loss 4 Idiots has been in the market for the past 5 years already.

I have to agree that he knows he’s stuff when it comes to exercising and if you really do the program that he teaches you can probably get great abs after doing his 16 week program twice. However, you will need to dedicate time to do this. Time and a whole LOT of effort.

Vince’s fitness program is great but it’s not for everybody. Not everybody can spare an hour and a half in the gym everyday and not everybody can exert effort on those exercises especially those who have injuries.

All I’m saying is before you choose a diet program, you have to know if it will fit your lifestyle and you have to set your goal. If you want to get washboard abs, go with Vince’s program BUT if you just want to lose weight and be able to see your toes by following a simple diet THEN go with Fat Loss 4 Idiots.
